• Project artifacts provided by clients (requirements, assets, technical diagrams)

How We Use Data

Data is used strictly to deliver services or respond to requests. We do not sell data, broker access, or reuse project assets without explicit permission.

Retention & Security

Project artifacts live in encrypted repositories with role-based access. We delete dormant inquiry data after 12 months or sooner upon request.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time. Email privacy@maantis.com and we will respond within three business days.
