By accessing maantis.com or engaging MAANTIS for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

Services

MAANTIS provides software engineering, cloud infrastructure, performance optimization, and related consulting services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:

• Client-specific deliverables transfer to the client upon final payment
• Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and proprietary methodologies remain the property of MAANTIS
• Open-source components retain their original licenses

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate requirements, assets, and access credentials needed for project execution
• Timely review and feedback during active engagements
• Ensuring they have legal rights to any content or data provided to MAANTIS

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep proprietary information confidential. Project details, credentials, and business data shared during an engagement will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

MAANTIS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, completed deliverables and any outstanding balances remain subject to these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York County.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our services evolve. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
